Well hello there! I’m Alli

I am a portrait photographer based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I hope that my life and my work point to jesus, my savior. i love people and am accepting of people from all walks of life.

Through my camera lens, I love capturing vibrant colors, natural light, and rich texture. I love showcasing variety in the locations i choose. i love mixing both candid and posed shots in every single session. whether a golden-hour glow or dramatic downtown contrast, i love that my work is never too predictable. 

I love when my subjects laugh hard; when they look at eachother and you just feel the love. 

My passion lies in capturing life’s precious moments, from the gentle innocence of newborns to the vibrant milestones of seniors. While these are my specializations, I truly enjoy exploring all facets of photography and embracing the stories each subject brings to my lens.

In addition to my photography career, I also work part-time as a registered nurse, a role that profoundly enriches my interactions and understanding of people. The compassion and care I practice in nursing translate seamlessly into my photography, allowing me to create a comfortable environment for my clients.
